Asparagus with ham // Espárragos con jamón


Hi everyone! Happy Monday! (it's hard to begin again, isn't it?...)
Anyway, this is a very simple but effective tapa you have to make, you need:
  • Asparagus
  • Spanish ham
  • Olive oil
+salt+pepper

You have to....
  1. Roll a ham piece up aroud an asparagus. Do this with every piece and asparagus you have.
  2. Put all the asparagus with the ham in the oven tray and drizzle some olive oil on them. Add some pepper.
  3. Let them in the oven during 10 minutes on 120º C.

En cualquier caso, os traigo una tapa muy simple pero efectiva, necesitáis:
  • Espárragos trigueros
  • Jamón serrano cortado en lonchas
  • Aceite de oliva.
+pimienta.
Tenéis que...
  1. Enrollar cada espárrago en una loncha de jamón. Haz esto con todos los espárragos.
  2. Coloca los espárragos con el jamón alrededor en la bandeja del horno y añade por encima aceite de oliva, y algo de pimienta.
  3. Déjalo en el horno durante 10 minutos a unos 120º aproximadamente.
