
Hi everyone! Happy Monday! (it's hard to begin again, isn't it?...)
Anyway, this is a very simple but effective tapa you have to make, you need:
- Asparagus
- Spanish ham
- Olive oil
+salt+pepper
You have to....
- Roll a ham piece up aroud an asparagus. Do this with every piece and asparagus you have.
- Put all the asparagus with the ham in the oven tray and drizzle some olive oil on them. Add some pepper.
- Let them in the oven during 10 minutes on 120º C.

En cualquier caso, os traigo una tapa muy simple pero efectiva, necesitáis:
- Espárragos trigueros
- Jamón serrano cortado en lonchas
- Aceite de oliva.
Tenéis que...
- Enrollar cada espárrago en una loncha de jamón. Haz esto con todos los espárragos.
- Coloca los espárragos con el jamón alrededor en la bandeja del horno y añade por encima aceite de oliva, y algo de pimienta.
- Déjalo en el horno durante 10 minutos a unos 120º aproximadamente.
